quality of recording: how to optimize (XSHM monitor recording)

I am preparing a set of recordings for a webinar and i am wondering why the screen recording (XSHM based) is of such poor quality?
I am using OBS 32.1.0-1

Especially the font is not very well readable....

Settings on my end for the recording

• quality big files, undistinguishable
• hybrid MP3
• Software x264

Looks like your XSHM source does not fit your canvas 1:1 and gets scaled.
