Hello everyone,
I was looking for a way to automatically sort OBS recordings into folders based on the game being played, and also rename video files according to the active game.
I found several solutions on the forum, but all of them had the same issue — Replay Buffer didn’t work correctly.
To solve this, I created a setup that combines a script with a plugin. This approach fixes the Replay Buffer issue while still allowing automatic sorting and naming based on the active game.
Features:
- Auto sorting recordings into folders by active game
- Auto file naming based on active game
- Fully working Replay Buffer support
- Works as a combination of script + plugin
If possible, I would appreciate this being moved to the appropriate section or added as a resource.
