Question / Help Starting the video output failed. Please check the log for details. HELP?

Hello,

I am new to streaming and recently tried using OBS to stream to Twitch using my PS4 and PC. However, every time I try to record stream it shows me with the message: Starting the video output failed. Please check the log for details. I will attach the log. Any help?

I'm having a similar problem today. Have made many recordings previously with no problem. Any help out there?

Both of you need to turn off Game DVR in windows.
Instructions are in the signature.

Game DVR uses the hardware encoder to record in the background, and so does ShadowPlay and OBS, but consumer cards (e.g. Anything that isn't a Quadro) only support up to 2 encoding processes at the same time.
